We sent in a box of top designer clothes in excellent condition. When entered onto their website, they quoted about £55, after 3-4 weeks we received a cheque for around £15, with no explanation. Very bad experience, they should give you an explanation and give you chance to reject their valuation. Wish we had gone to the charity shop.
