Bought a new iMac only to find an advert two days later on someone else's website going to a page buried in pcworld's website offering a voucher for 5% off - that's a £55 saving. There was nothing on their site to say this. When I complained they just said sorry, but tough luck. We have spent over £6,000 in the Edinburgh Glasgow Road shop in the past 14 months but I certainly don't feel like a valued customer. It would have cost them nothing to honour the offer. PC World need to learn from other companies who are much better at customer care. They will get no more of our money!
