“lettingaproperty.com I am so glad I found you !”

I was recommended this website by friend, who had so far used it for 3 years. I had paid out over two thousand pounds with a high street property letting agency and I was so glad to hear of lettingaproperty.com who charged less than a quarter of what I had been forking out.

I am quite a techno-phobe and was worried that I would not be able to navigate the site etc.I didn't have to worry because after I made my best effort with filling in my flat details for the advert, I spoke to a very nice man over the phone and he looked over the advert and, after advice, he did all the adjustments for me !

I was helped over the phone with every concern that I had...and there were a few ! I found a new tenant within a week of showing people around...which was amazing. It was quick and easy and at such a good price I wish that I had found them earlier. I guess when it comes to sorting out such an important issue, I felt more comfortable with what I knew about (the high street agency) than an invisible on-line company. It turned out that I could trust lettingaproperty.com more than the high street agencies which charged exorbitant amounts of money for the same service.

The only down side was that one of my would be tenants informed me that, from a tenants point of view, it was problematic using the site.
