I bought my Justin Timberlake tickets ((1st April)last year unfortunatley due to the death of my father I couldnt attend the concert, I decided to sell my tickets through this rubbish organisation!
This was the worst decision I ever made!
I Went through the listing process clearly stating that my tickets were in Block 402 entered the row, seat numbers etc.
I Didn't hear anything from them so I sold my tickets myself only to then get an email from them on the day of the concert informing me of the sale of my tickets.
I called up the customer service team and they said that if I could I should try and get the tickets back as I would face a number of charged. After loads of rushing around I managed to get my tickets back, I Rushed down to the O2 dropped my tickets off to the Seatwave office thinking everything was going to be ok! Only to get a call from an unprofessional member of their staff informing me that they had cancelled my order and I would now face a number of charges as I listed them incorrectly! I told him that it clearly stated on the advert that my tickets were in block 402 but he wouldnt listen and said they have cancelled the order and the charges will be taken from my account ASAP! To me it seems like they look at every opportunity to not pay out but this was absolutely ridiculous!
I would never in a million years recommend them to anyone! if anything I will go out of my way to tell people to avoid them!
