“appauling service”

I wished I looked at these reviews prior to ordering from this web-site. I ordered some SEABOND denture stuff. There are two packs for uppers and lowers. So I ordered 3 packs of each. Placed the order order email received and checked. But then I received a dispatch email stating 3 packs of lowers and 3 packs of lowers. WHAT? I contacted the live chat who eventually told me I will have to return the 3 packs at cost to me and then re-order the 3 packs of uppers at P&P costs to me. Great customer service NO ITS NOT! if I thought that anyone from this company ever checked this review site I would invite them to contact me. But I guess I will be shopping elsewhere in future.

The 1 Star Rating is far to generous it should have a MINUS STAR SYSTEM
