I ordered a hob and extract fan on 21st February and payment was taken straight away. Delivery time on website stated 10 working days I gave it 3 weeks and phoned to check when this would be delivered only to be told they didn't have the hob in stock it would be another 10 weeks I couldn't wait this long and was disappointed that I hadn't had any email or contact from them to advise this. I cancelled the order but I had to constantly phone them to check where my refund was this took 3 weeks to be refunded into my account. DO NOT USE
