“desperate customer care”

I have bought a lot of items over the past 7 yrs. 90% of it was fine for the money it cost. However xmas 13 my husband bought me a diamond cluster ring for eternity. I wore it one day and lost the diamond. Found the diamond and returned it to be fixed. Waited 6 wks to return. Wore one day fell out again. Sent email to customercare loads Times durning the 6wks and since as they are still waiting to get report from their repairer.it cost 200 e and i got no xmas present and its now April!! So no ring and no money. I will never buy from here again and i have told them that.
