“Rip off, dead flowers and missing vase”

Ordered large bunch of flowers for £39.95 and a vase for £5.95 plus delivery costs for Mother's Day. Mum is just out of hospital so wanted it to be extra special. She got a small bunch with brown edged roses and the vase which I paid for was missing. First and last time I use this company
