“shockingly bad company!”

I ordered flowers for mothers day with plenty of notice, guaranteed to be delivered the day before. On said day, the tracking said they were out for delivery 8am - 8pm. They never arrived. No contact number, sent emails, only got template emails back initially & refused to contact me by phone. No explanation given as to why they never turned up. On mothers day morning, said order was being prepared for delivery - 12 hours later saying the same!! ie order was never despatched, they lied to me eventually blaming a courier when clearly they never despatched them. They refused any goodwill gesture, only offered refund(yet to get it) or deliver another day (dream on - wouldn't have this on principal alone). Shocking customer 'service'. Suspect I was only offered a refund as I paid with paypal & opened a case against them. In short, AVOID THEM, no mothers day flowers for my mum this year, just a lot of grief & wasted time, plus so far not had a refund.
