Worst service I have ever received! Paid for courier service for definate delivery on the day I chose, flowers didn't arrive, had to ring them on a premium rate number to find out they had been delivered to wrong depot and would arrive next day, next day they still didn't arrive and I had to ring them again to be told they're still in the wrong depot and won't be delivered for another 3days! Absolutely disgusting service!
