“Great service, great price”

The PC configurator was very easy to use and guided me through any conflicts. The site rejected my payment card but a simple phone call to a very helpful member of staff quickly processed the payment. Thereafter I received regular and accurate e-mail updates on the progress of my PC through the assembly process. I had a text to confirm when delivery would take place and the machine arrived in the two hour delivery slot that was given. The PC was well packaged and undamaged upon receipt. I have now been using the PC for just over 2 weeks and I cannot fault it, it is well built, the inside of the case is very tidy with all cables neatly stowed away, all the hardware components that I ordered are present and correct and the PC does not have any bloatware installed. Overall the entire process from start to finish has been exemplary.
