We had broadband and phone line installed 17th March and it went live 19th March as per our Talk Talk contract. You view was due to b installed 21st March however on 19th March we had a text to say Talk Talk had cancelled our You view engineer as our broadband and phone line weren't working. This was not the case we were using both the phone line and the internet. When we phoned customer services they had extreme difficulty in understanding our complaint it was a classic case of "the computer says no!"They were totally unable to give us a solution all we wanted was our tv box installed! One week later we are still waiting!we have had numerous ridiculous phone calls all stating that their computer system hasn't been updated ! But no engineer date ! This service is ok provided the computer doesn't have a blip !!!!! How long will Nigel Pearson ignore his inefficient poor language skills robot department????all we want is our contract fulfilled. I run a business and I am fed up with losing work waiting in for phone calls and emails from a customer service department that don't solve the problem just for an appointment date.
