“suspicious if the offered rebate will be applied”

The SIM only deal 12 months contract looked very attractive, advertised for £7 or £8 for 500 min + free SMS and 1GB, I believe, data. However, the first bill stands at £11 and it is not very clear how one can claim the rebate. Apparently, it is not automatic (as I saw in other cases)but has to be requested quarterly. This will be a hassle to remember, thus, a cautious three stars - could be better. Maybe I am over suspicious, but seemingly complicated procedure to request a rebate leaves some space for improvement.
