“4 days of headaches”

I tried for 4 days to order through Seatwave. I had an original order but was sent an email to call them by 5pm that day or my order may be cancelled. No number was given. Many emails back and forth but my contact would send back spam reply's that were no help at all. I tried ordering new tickets but the system would not let me so I eventually gave up. Not impressed with their service. It left me feeling very frustrated.
