Ordered two lamps online. After waiting over a week for delivery I emailed to ask where my order was. Only then did they tell me it was out of stock and they didn't know when they would be back in. I canceled the order and asked for a refund. An email stated it could take 10 days for a refund (why?) so on the tenth day I had to contact them again to ask where my refund was, took two days after that to get my refund. Company doesn't seen to be getting the stocking right and is definitely not proactive in it's communication.
Avoid the the plague and shop at swell instead.
