“Avoid”

We used this company for over 10 years. They were great at first but certainly over the last 12-24 months they have gone down the pan. Like others I've had trouble contacting their support as there is no email address or direct phone line. This never used to be an issue as they were good at responding via their ticket system but these days they are just not at home.

We had close on 100 domains with them and we managed another 50+ for a client. We have slowly moved domains as they come up for renewal and are not left with 4 and then that will be the end.

The only plus point is that they are pretty quick at providing Auth codes for transfers, only trouble is their system doesn't recognise when a domain has been migrated away and so it continues to send reminders and dire warnings of losing the domain if not renewed.
