“Ruined daughters birthday !! Worst customer service...”

The delivery went well everything else was terrible worse part being the customer service department .
Received faulty heelies when I explained problem was told I had to take a photo of the fault ??
They have said the only thing they can do is get someone to collect them at a cost of £10 to myself !!
I asked to speak to a manager one was apparently unavailable ! I am not paying for their mistake !! Situation still unresolved discraceful service never buy from this company !!
