The Clinic and process was not highly sanitary although there was an attempt. Gloves and masks were rarely changed, and I did not see drills changed between clients, although most utensils were kept in sterile packages. There was a big hole in the floor for wires that one had to step over to get into the dental chair. Her furniture and equipment was old or very well used. The compressor kept breaking down and lost suction and air pressure. Breakers kept tripping. She was unable to keep my teeth dry for the adhesive for the veneers and caps which have been coming off since. I have had two veneers and one cap which have come off. She was inexpensive and kind but there was a cost to it in quality. My dentist here said that the tooth of the one cap was not examined before capping and now needs further work so the tooth does not rot under the cap, and will need work and another cap. There were no x- rays taken to evaluate the health of the mouth, teeth or gums before caps or veneers were applied nor was that option made available. 5 caps, 16 veneers. This is a case of getting what you pay for.
