I had taken out my policy in December 2013, I have just changed my car so needed to update my policy, reading the reviews I wondered what I was letting my self in for, so I called, got through to customer service spoke to a Becky who I must say was rather helpful, from the time the call was picked up I was on the phone for ten minutes, which is not that bad. Like I said speak as I find.
