“Salford store staff suck”

I used to trade alot in this store when it had a good manager
I went in recently to find all new staff ! I always pawned my 32 inch lcd tv and i always got £80 on a buyback from them.
This time the smug staff didnt even take a look at it , said i needed a recent utility bill or they couldnt take it in ? (my name and details was clearly on the system) he was rude and very blunt , made me feel belittled, it was like he couldnt be bothered with my business... He said it was the new managers rule ? worse still the manager couldnt be arsed to assist me , instead she just hid in the back !!

Very poor customer service, so having been a good loyal customer for years i now take my business to their better rivals.

Dont trade here !!
