We booked flights to Panama, via Newark, using United Airline. The booking process with Netflights was very easy and communications very quick. Unfortunately, United Airline downsized one plane and changed our seat allocations so that our group of 4 was no longer co-located. We questioned Netflights who responded very promptly, having contacted the airline which did nothing to help! Their staff had a very poor customer facing attitude, both on the ground and on board. They seem to operate very much like a budget airline, but not charging budget prices. The catalogue of issues with the airline would take too long to list here, but in summary, we would be happy to use Netflights again but hope never to need to use United Airline again.
