I recently purchased a bed from Dreams which is okay. I was unhappy with the service and when emailed to write a review I did. Shabby firm emailed back saying: Our staff have read your review and value your contribution, even though it did not meet all of our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing and we hope to publish your review next time.
Presumably the guideline is that the review is positive.
