I placed my order on Saturday morning. Their website clearly states same day delivery. After I received my order conformation via email it stated either a Saturday or Sunday delivery. I did not agree to that when I placed my order. Usually when you send someone flowers the recipient usually calls to "thank you". It was odd because I never got the call, so I am now wondering if they got their flowers. Monday morning, I call the company and they have an automated system, which is of no help. Finally talked with a live person and she stated my flowers hadn't been delivered. When were they going to tell me??? She said she could deliver today. What was the point when I wanted them to be delivered two days ago. And they charged my CC as well.
