“very kind staff”

I have never thought to shop in newlook before as I always thought I was too old for the clothes in there but my sons wedding is coming up and I wanted to look amazing, I was wandering around the store confused and a lovely member of staff approached me and asked if I needed anything. I am not normally the type of person to write reviews but I felt this member of staff went out of her way to assist me. she gave me a variety of options to choose from and when I finally found the coat I wanted my size was not on the floor, but she offered to check upstairs for me and with delight she came down with the coat I desired in my size. I was so happy and was delighted with the outstanding customer service I had received. thanks to this member of staff I will not hesitate in returning. I now feel confident that there will be someone to help me.
