“Just dont.”

Booked a holiday to Majorca in 2012. I should have read the reviews here first....

Turned up at the hotel to find that the booking had not been accepted as the hotel was full. I called Jetline travel and waited for HOURS whilst they tried to find another hotel which they couldn't.

In the end, they said there was nothing they could do, leaving me stranded without a hotel for the night....

I had to call my parents, who had to go on Expedia to book the very hotel I was meant to be staying in for 2 nights...

Eventually the mess was sorted after numerous calls by my parents and I was upgraded and did have a good time.

However this could have been so different. I will never ever book on the cheap again, especially with call operators from a different country.
