“Flowers were terribly disappointing!”

I ordered a £30 bouquet of flowers as a thank you to a friend hoping they would receive the gorgeous large bouquet advertised on the website. Sadly the bouquet they did receive was no better than a cheap bunch out of a supermarket. I did not complain though until they died less than a week after they were delivered. When I did raise the issue, customer service said they were not as grand because they were "tight bud" and did not comment on why they died so quickly, therefore did not do anything about the order.

I have been a returning customer to 'Moonpig having bought personalised gifts in the past, however this is the first time I have bought flowers from them and the last. I also feel due to their lack of help on the issue I will ever use their services again.
