“Rubbish boiler”

I decided to replace my reliable but inefficient boiler with a new Viessman one - costing £3000.
My house is now much colder than it ever was!!
Viessman was extremely unhelpful- claimed that the boiler works well even though it is constantly turned up to its maximum. They blamed the 'environment'
I am now having to pay another £1200 for new pipes with no guarantee that this will fix it.
Don't buy one - typical German after service!
