“Been with them over 30 years - no problems”

We moved to the Co-Op over 30 years ago as they used to pay interest on the credit balance of your account. Never had any problems with getting loans when needed, direct debits etc go out with no problems........... Call centres all in UK unlike many other banks and no matter what time of day you phone there is always someone helpful there. Maybe the people who have had problems should look at the way they treat the people they are dealing with. The bank workers are not there to be abused!!
