“Offered a discount coupon, but never recieved our...”

Using the sight was very easy, and fast. However, we were offered a discount coupon but never received our discount on the tickets. Other than that all else went well. Please also note that we will not be traveling until late November of 2014, so we can't tell if we will experience anything else unpleasant with this company, because it's still too early to tell.
