Used this service to deliver flowers to my girlfriend at work 3 days later. They said the flowers would be delivered by 5 PM. My girlfriend never got the flowers, even though she was at work until 8 PM. A co-worker received the flowers at 9 PM, despite the email I received that stated that the flowers were delivere at 6:45 PM.

In summary: THEY LIED

And it looks as if this is definitely not the first time this has happened.
