Do not rely on the manager to go over the charges and rental contract. They are very focused on selling you extras and will sneak in any charges that you are not aware of. We were charged a second driver charge of 8+ GBP per day but were never told that there was a charge. We had declined any insurance coverage and a GPS, so the managerwas ver aware that we did not want any "extras". Yet when he said will ther be any additional drivers he did not indicate there was an extra chrage. We had picked up the car at closing time so he was in a hurry to get done and we just signed the agreement and were surprised when we got the bill. A good manager will go over the rental agreement before you sign but that was not the case. Europcar customer service is very poor and they have no interest in customer satisfaction. Will not use them again.
