Ordered on Monday. Enquiry from them on Tuesday to check my credit worthiness and business premises as there wasn't a registered business at my property.. I run a business, I have a house, I need office furniture am I not Microsoft what was the point of this call?!
They then didn't send me a delivery date (as promised), instead they sent me spam marketing for more products I didn't want. I rang on Thursday and was told it would be delivered that day as it 'was on the delivery van' - It wasn't. That was wrong, or a deliberate piece of misinformation. It caused me to stay in all day and nothing arrived. Having now found and read this webpage that is not a surprise. I have rung again today and have been told after waiting for ten minutes to speak to somebody that it won't be delivered today either and not tomorrow because "Saturday isn't a working day".. FFS! I hope they get the same message when they next book a flight. The best placatory strategy they offer is "well sir it says 3-5 days on the website". A complete and unsatisfactory experience and I am contemplating cancelling my order.
