I ordered an Acer Aspire XC600 desktop computer for Christmas for my father! When it arrived it wouldn't start up - it took two weeks to get them to collect it and a further month before we had it back - no sorry no nothing and I had to keep chasing it!
5 weeks after it came back it threw up another error and is now on a blue screen and unusable! I have sent 4 emails and not one has been replied too so I approached Acer Manufacturers directly who are sending me out recovery discs - but I also learnt from the manufacturers that this unit is a second hand unit that was sold by Simply Acer!!!! I have been back through all the order forms etc and there is no mention of it being a second hand unit - so now I'm taking it to Trading Standards as Simply Acer still have not replied to me! Disgusting service and would never ever use again!!!!
