I ordered a set of boxer shorts for a present. They were in excess of £20 for a triple pack and come in the usual polo packet. They sent them out in a flimsy plastic bag which gave no protection and consequently arrived crushed and the box torn. They cannot be given as a present.
Customer service offered a refund or replacement but said the replacement item would be sent out the same again. They were unable to ask they be put in a box to protect them! So in effect the same is likely to happen again.
Come on how is that customer service.
All I wanted was the item in good condition but they cannot deliver and fail to have an adequate system to resolve the matter when things go wrong .what a useless system. I will not deal with them again I. have better things to do with my life then the numerous emails to get nowhere fast. The solution was take the refund and go to John Lewis at least they know how to pack and can talk to dispatch if something goes wrong to ensue better packaging the next time if you order on line, better stil choose the one you want in the store.
