They say they'll refund the difference if you see your train tickets else where cheaper. If you check in the terms and conditions it says they will only do that at their own discretion. How can they be allowed to do that by law! What a joke! They are not cheaper than other websites and they are not the only one not to charge booking fees. Please go else were the staff are horrible.
