After purchasing tickets in August of 2013, being charged for them at that time, for a Nov. concert.......the concert was cancelled and rescheduled for March 7, 2014. Four months later!!!!! In the intervening time, the tickets were lost, and Vived refuses to help even with our proof of purchase (an invoice from Vivid). The Orpheum theatre also was no help. No only is the expense a terrible loss, but for teenage girls it is a very bad experience.
Remember, the concert was 4 months delayed with no reembursement for the inconvenience.
Vivid was a very poor experience.
