“So cross, will never even enter a Tesco store again”

I hate my new glasses + the Customer Services follow up. What was I thinking about trusting Tesco's to sell me spectacles?! I would sincerely advise anyone to go to Specsavers or similar, in fact anywhere other than Tesco Opticians. (I wish I could give a 0 star rating.)

Extra note: I bought spectacles in store rather than Tesco Opticians on line
