“Don't touch them with a barge pole!!”

This company don't like paying out insurance claims. Had insurance with them for 4 years - never claimed until Dec 2013 when dog diagnosed with Epilepsy .claimed that vet told them that dog had symptoms 2 years before diagnosis .asked to see Vets letter which only states diagnosis in December 2013.
This company simply don't want to pay out on claims .
Have now cancelled my insurance with them and they won't receive another penny from me .
4 years cash @ £10 a month money down the drain
