“South America private tour”

An advisor of Latin Routes was recommended by a friend. I contacted her in October 2013 for a tour End February beginning March 2014.We discussed where and how our group of 8 friends will be touring this continent in 2 weeks. She had planned the tour so that we can see the highlights of Rio Iguazu falls,Buenos Aires,Patagonia, Perito Moreno Glacier & Torres de Paine in Chile.Our internal flights were booked by her and all transports in every city was provided for. We had a welcoming letter from Latin Routes on our arrival in most hotels.
In Rio our local tour guide suggested we go to last year's carnival winner school for the rehearsals. We paid $120 per person. When we arrived to the venue, it was a complete flop. We were very disappointed.I then contacted her in London and she was amazing! although she did not plan for us to go there, she contacted the the Brazilian Agents and managed to get a refund for us all.
