“What customer service?”

Although the tickets I got were for the right event the seller's mark up was even greater as they sent me cheaper tickets than advertised. When I questioned this the customer service team first told me that there was a mark up. I told them I knew this but hadn't received the tickets as advertised. They said they'd ask the seller and get back to me.

I have heard nothing.

I will be more likely to try the original ticket web site next time. The tone of emails received from Seatwave was derogatory and the lack of response telling.
