“Exactly what I ordered”

I was really pleased with my purchase of a pair of Boss-Orange frames (no lenses). I placed the order, got regular updates on shipping etc and they arrived safely - completely satisfied.

The frames are fantastic - exactly what I ordered. I had seen these exact frames in retail stores and was happy to find what arrived was exactly the same.

I just purchased a frame - I had my local optician fit lenses (I have a very complex prescription.

I just got the regular shipping service and it took ~3 weeks to arrive in New Zealand. In future I might consider paying more for faster delivery, but I can't fault the service at all.
