These people are pathetic. I made one extremely small error on my application and they were completely unable to sort it out. I put an extra digit in my sort code for my linked account, which their software shouldn't of allowed to happen in the first place. They couldn't tell me for a week why they'd sent the check back. After that it was just a comedy show which I haven't got time to explain. Just believe when I say that unless your application is spot on and you have no need to contact their "customer services" I'd stay well clear.
