Very poor level of customer service. Treats customers like scallys, unsympathetic, rude and unhelpful. Non existent communication. Repeated phone calls bring little in the way of information. Information taken and held is incorrect, misread or totally ignored.
Head on crash 18 days ago took 8 calls from me to get my car repairs (STARTED ,NOT COMPLETED) they have called once in those 18 days this today to inform me that I didn't have a witness and no third party and hence accident would be my fault. Both statements are incorrect and further investigation proved once again that my file had not been read.
Frustrating, upsetting and totally unacceptable.
