“DO NOT USE CARCRAFT”

we went to car craft Leeds to purchase a new car after we had so many problems with ours,when we arrived we explained we had a car in mind and also a monthly budget to stick to,we spent the next 7 hours practically arguing about the car as they were choosing a car that they wanted to sell not what we wanted,the salesman was arrogant and rude throughout he didnt give us much choice in the matter!!,we reluctantly agreed to take the car they chose as we didn't want further problems when with the finance man the price monthly had jumped £150 more than we signed for so was very angry by this point,but we agreed just so we had a car we have had the car a year now and just had an MOT which it failed due to wheel bearings which they didnt pick up on in the 6 moth sevice so i rang to see if it was in my drive happy guarentee to which i got told its not covered as its wear and tear from me driving,even though i have only driven 3000 miles i then had to pay £285 for it fixing i have had no help when calling about this same reply from most people i dealt with,i am now in the process of a claim to which ive done all the legwork they havnt called its me calling them,i feel we were practically bullied into buying a car we didnt want that has caused us no end of stress my advice when getting a car on finance is shop around as its too expensive and they rope you in with the deals they offer
