“Nevef Again”

I am not sure you will want to print this. Having puchased tickets on 12th October 2013 for Jack Whitehall concert on Sat 15th March I had hoped that they would arrive at least a week before the event. However, after many telephone calls and emails over the past 10 days trying to find out when they would be delivered and by what means, they arrived "standard UPS" at midday on Thur 13th March. Having been told on occasions from seatwave staff that they had been despatched, i guess i was not surprised to find that they had infact only been given to UPS on wed evening of the 12th.

These tickets were a gift and I was not able to confirm to the recipient that he would be able to go until thur evening. I then had to drive over 200 miles to deliver them to him.

As you will read, I am really disappointed in the service I have received, I regularly buy from Ticketmaster but unfortunately they were not able to supply tickets for the date required. I have never had anything like the service or lack of service here.
You may like to know that on one occasion a member of your call centre staff told me that if I called the following morning at 8am I would be able to get a message to the driver as to where to leave the tickets should I not be home. I had infact waited in for a total of 4 whole days already. I subsequently learned that there was no way I would be able to pass a message to the driver and the member of staff I then spoke to apologised for being told so the previous evening.

Having paid a total of £190 for two tickets with booking fee etc it was particularly annoying to receive 3 emails on friday offering me cheap tickets.....
