Booked tickets through seatwave.

Got to the box office to get told the tickets were void and not valid.

The tickets was a birthday present for my boyfriend and he never got to see the concert.

seatwave, non-sympathetic and acted like this happened all the time.

Go somewhere else for your tickets!!
