“Rubbish delivery service”

Had to wait 3 weeks for bedroom furniture as wasn't in stock. Was given a date and time of delivery. Waited in all day (12pm -6pm). By 5.30pm had heard nothing so called them with my order number, only to be told that they still didn't have the stock! Was never going to be sent out, no phone call from them, no apology absolutely nothing. Emailed a complaint and surprise surprise no response from that either. Complete waste of space and would NEVER use or recommend them again. Rubbish and rude company.
