“Great Site.... Great People.....Great Service!!”

Amazing! a company that values customer service!.... yes they do still exist! I have recently purchased a dishwasher from this site and found the site easy to use and easy to purchase, has really great videos showing the products too which helps loads. I am so impressed to have dealt with a company that 100% puts the customer first, it is so very rare these days. On placing my order I was then contacted by a very friendly polite jovial fellow from the contact centre and totally brightened up my day if I'm honest and I was sad when the phone call ended! How many people can say that I wonder? He was extremely good humoured and we had a lovely chat. My delivery process was flawless and communication throughout was exceptional. My dishwasher was sadly delivered damaged but on contacting customer service for a replacement I got through to another polite and friendly call receiver who instantly sorted out my problems with no fuss and arranged for a replacement to be delivered the following morning! (this was about 6:30pm). I simply cannot how impressed I am with ao.com, they are obviously doing something right with their staff training and they need to give themselves a huge pat on the back and all the staff that dealt with my order were brilliant at their jobs. I would highly recommend and will most definitely be purchasing from them again. Well done!
