“Service ok but When Leaving Not Good Over Seas...”

We has fibre optic broadband and phone with bt and it was ok price not too bad and few connection drop outs but overall ok. but once we moved home the issues started I was with them for a few years if not more but they never offerd a good deal at all i mentioned the company i was moving to thelady gave them bad press.
Even though i was moving home they never offered me a good deal at all and they chard me 25 pounds to disconnect fibre optic.

any way moving home was expensive and i phoned bt to stop direct debit as i needed extra time to pay. the guy said this was ok debit would not leave account and to pay final bill.

Well guess what the tried to take direct debit but i had it reversed by band and they were blocked by bank from setting any more up yet again they have tried again complaint will be going in to them Avoid or tred with caution
