I have just booked my holiday with your company and had the pleasure of speaking to an agent, right from the start she put me at ease and clearly explained why i was paying more than advertised on the website, throughout our discussion she was polite and answered all my questions, because of my dealings with her i wont hesitate in recommending Holiday Gems to friends and family!
